Initial Character Concept
A custom root pivot is a major feature of this rig. I wanted this character to be able to spin in a variety of directions and along different axes, so it was necessary to be able to control the pivot location. To simplify the different rotations, I’ve also added separate control bones to handle specific axes.
Since this character is heavily stylized, all limbs can squash and stretch.
